SWARM OBSERVATORY
Watch governance happen
A real swarm run, executed live through the same governed boundary that runs in production. Authority roots in a human, fans out to agents, and attenuates down each edge. Benign branches pass governance and execute; the malicious branch — an agent reaching for a capability it was never delegated — is blocked at the execution boundary and its side effect never runs. Nothing here is animated for show: every node and edge changes because the boundary returned a real, Ed25519-signed verdict. This demo signs with an ephemeral key — never the production key.
Why the red branch matters
The blocked branch is the whole point: it is proof that a side effect could not have occurred outside governance. The boundary re-verified the delegation chain, re-checked that the action stayed within the authority the agent was actually granted, and — finding it did not — refused before any evidence was written. You can re-derive every executed action independently with npx @strixgov/verifier swarm <runId>.
