SWARM DEMO ROOM

Governance you can watch

Three moments, all real — driven by the same governed boundary that runs in production, signed with an ephemeral key (never the production key), no database, feature dormant. Nothing here is animated for show: the block is a real SWARM_AMPLIFICATION verdict, and the replay re-derives every edge from the signed receipts.

1 + 2 · Allowed path & blocked amplification — live

A run opens, agent A fans out to B, C, D. B and C stay within their delegated authority and execute. D reaches for a capability it was never delegated and is blocked at the boundary — its side effect never runs.

3 · Replay proof — rewind & verify

The same run as an authority graph. Click the side effect node — its lineage rewinds to Human Intent. Hit Verify lineage and every edge re-derives green from the signed receipts. Delegation edges are drawn at a width proportional to their signed budget, so authority visibly attenuates down the chain. The blocked branch stays red, off to the side — governance working, not a failure.

Same engine, real operating environment

This deal-pipeline demo is one shape of the pattern. The Authority Observatoryruns the same boundary over three scenarios from a real operating environment (The Academy) — player eligibility, tournament refunds (budget exhaustion), and parent communications (approval-gated) — and shows how eligibility, refunds, communications, healthcare prior-auth, and agent swarms are all one structure: Authority → Evidence → Decision → Action → Proof.

This is a demo surface. For a real run, see the Observatory and the per-run /proof/swarm/<id>/graph. Every executed action is independently verifiable offline with npx @strixgov/verifier swarm <id>.
